At Ba’sayra, each fragrance oil is hand-crafted, poured with care, and created for personal use.
Because of the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

For health, hygiene, and quality-control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any fragrance oils, samples, or body oils once they have been shipped. Each bottle is uniquely blended and cannot be resold or restocked.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@basayra.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or store credit.
